MORE THAN A BADGE
Recognition that tells a learning story.
A microcredential is a digital record of a specific learning achievement. At Vainilla Academy, it relates to a course, its learning activities, and required assessments; it is not a government-accredited qualification or a substitute for a formal degree.
Your history stays with you
Issued credentials can be viewed from your account and have their own verification page.
Built to be shared
View your credential, share its link, and use the available details in your professional profile.
HOW IT WORKS
From your first course to a verifiable achievement.
Course progress and a credential are not the same thing. To earn recognition, you must satisfy the requirements set for each course.

DIGITAL VERIFICATION
A credential others can verify.
Issued microcredentials have a unique ID and a public page where others can verify their existence, the recipient, and the associated course. Share the link from your credential page.

The essentials, without the guesswork.
Do I need to pay to save my progress?
You can create a free account to save your progress. Each course displays its own availability and requirements.
Is completing the lessons enough to earn a badge?
Not necessarily. You must also pass the required assessments, and the course must be eligible to issue credentials.
Can someone else verify my credential?
Yes. Each issued credential has a dedicated public page that you can share. You never need to share access to your account.
Is this an official certification?
It is an educational credential issued by Vainilla Academy by StudioVainilla. On its own, it is not a professional license, a university degree, or a government certification.
